Ingredients A (sift together)
1cup... self-rise flour
1 cup chocolate powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup castor sugar (I use soft brown sugar)
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon Ovalette (optional)
Beat butter by using mixer, then add egg one at a time...
pour concentrated milk, evaporated milk n ovalette into the mixture. beat again n fold ingredients A n beat at low speed. do not overbeat.transfer the batter into baking pan (grease the pan before putting the batter) n bake at 180degree celcius.
Ganache Topping Cream
300g heavy cream @ whipping cream
500g cooking chocolate (i use dark chocolate)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Double boil the whipping cream n cooking chocolate n add the vanilla essence.See more
